After Facebook and YouTube, Block 800 Pakistani Websites

Islamabad - After blocking the social networking site Facebook and Youtube, the Pakistani government also blocked the 800 website to restrict access to all lines that contain insults to God or a particular religion.

"Everything has been blocked following the ban Facebook and YouTube the other day," said a spokesman for the Association of Pakistan Internet Service Providers, Wahaj us Siraj. A total of 800 websites blocked by the Pakistan Telecommunications Council that includes a link to Wikipedia.
